returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT                                                 
RESOLUTION NO. 28(RES) with the following amendment:

          CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 28(FIN)                                                         
          Establishing the Joint Legislative Salmon Industry                                        
          Task Force.                                                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved that the Senate concur in the House                                             
amendment.                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House
